Your phone is not just a communication device!

Read books, keep references, TV programs, train and bus schedules handy, enjoy fun texts while idle. Cheaters, it might just come in handy on exams and tests:)

Who is who:

TequilaCat is me :) I like tequila and cats, so it's just self-description

TCBR (TequilaCat Book Reader) is the software suite consisting of 2 parts:
TCBR Shell - program for Windows PC that creates JAR books.
Linux/Mac version is being developed. The Windoze shell works under Wine.
JAR Books created by the Shell
Each JAR Book contains book text and viewer program for the book.

From me:
I've used this software dozens of times now to put ebooks onto my phone (Nokia 6300). Designed more for the less advanced phones, it can allow the user to enjoy any book or body of text (anything you want - I once used it for typed up notes from my university course) on your phone and bookmark any part and read it with a variety of visual options (I prefer white text on a black background - less glare while reading in bed). Compatible with a great many mobile phones. Allows multiple books within each file and also chapters. Really excellent.
