WinSCP

Im sorry, WinSCP is already available but its listed in Networking - Server --> Telnet-SSH client
This should be changed to FTP.

WinSCP is also an SSH client

Yes, you're right, but a very basic one. I refer to the self-description of the project:
WinSCP is an open source SFTP client and FTP client for Windows. Its main function is the secure file transfer between a local and a remote computer. Beyond this, WinSCP offers basic file manager functionality. It uses Secure Shell (SSH) and supports, in addition to Secure FTP, also legacy SCP protocol.


The console is even without highlighting and refers to (manually installed) putty.
