Hello.
Translation are aproved by opendev. When they are OK you can found it directly in the liberkey's menu LiberkeyTools => Configuration => Language.
Files are all individually in Liberkey\LiberkeyTools like LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\LKAppsVCheck\LKAppsVCheck_de.xml for LKAppsVCheck for example.
