KVIrc is a free portable IRC client based on the excellent Qt GUI toolkit. KVirc is being written by Szymon Stefanek and the KVIrc Development Team with the contribution of many IRC addicted developers around the world.

This program should be easy to port since it can also be installed as a portable application.
It's much more complete than megairc, and above all it's the only portable irc software that I know which supports blowfish encryption.
