Hey, we don't have LK v5.7.15 yet :) The last version is LK v5.7.0530.

But try to update it manually, downloading the last update patch from http://www.liberkey.com/en/forums/suppo ... -4696.html

My problem was with Avira Internet Security 2012.

My apologies for not saying anything sooner.

I was premature in saying that my problem was solved :-(

When I installed some new LiberKey applicaions without a problem, I thought that my "fix" was working,
but then when I next updated existing LiberKey applications, I experienced the same problem again
(and have been experiencing it since then).

Actually I've got the LK v5.7.0430 but the window that opens while updating the LK Menu says v5.7.15.
This window says that a patch is available and it is strongly recommended to download and install it.
The download works properly and once more the window reports the the patch includes: - LiberKey Menu v5.7.17.
The problem occurs when I click the "Apply the update" button: an error window pop-up "LKPatcher v1.0.8 - An error occured during the data decompression ! - Retry / Cancel". Even if I retry the decompression doesn't work!
Any suggestion?

Maybe you are behind a proxy which blocks .exe. Try to use offline patches indeed and let us know.
If download of .exe doens not work (blocked) try to append a question mark after ".exe" after the patch address. Some pxoxy rules blocks if address ends by ".exe" but not by ".exe?" ;)

As I said the problem is not the download: it works fine!
Everything "locks" while decompressing the file downloaded.
I tried also with other PCs, even in different LANs, but the result is always the same.
By the way in my personal LAN there is no proxy.

It is strange because it worked once at the beginning but now ....
Probabily I should restart but would avoid it.

Finally I was able to update LK manually so now it is updating all the software installed on my usb-key.
1) Downloaded the latest LKMenu
2) Switched off the LKMenu (otherwise I get the same error!)
3) Installed the new LKMenu (manual installation)
4) Run the new LKMenu
5) Update all the applications (still running ... they are a lot!)
Anyway, despite this small problem now solved, I LOVE LIBERKEY!!!!
