[solved] update error message

LiberKey Menu v5.7.17: An error occurred while attempting to retrieve update information: Error 10013: Permission denied.
Also synchronization with website fails.
Please help!

Your firewall or proxy blocks (if you are behind an ISA proxy - Microsoft, Liberkey updates does not works)

Thank you for your quick reply, and for your excellent advice. Program "Windows Firewall Control" was blocking outbound traffic from Liberkey. Problem fixed. Thanx again.
