LibreOffice installed from the application catalog is version 5.1.1.3. The one available here - https://de.libreoffice.org/download/portable-versions - is version Version 5.1.1.4. But when I click on "Check for updates" there is no newer version shown, it says, 5.1.1.3 is the newest one. How could I update though?

Could I download the version here - https://de.libreoffice.org/download/portable-versions - and use it instead of the one of the catalog (and overwrite it)? Or is there any drawback?

How could I - when I install LibreOffice from the application catalog - automatically let LiberKey set the new file associations? Or, how can one after installing LibreOffice let LiberKey automatically associate the file extensions with LibreOffice?

You can try to download and install new version of LibreOffice manually to folder X:\LiberKey\Apps\LibreOffice\App\LibreOffice and next use standard LiberKey launchers to run LibreOffice apps, because names of this programs isn't changed. Make backup of files, if you don't want risk.

For work with associations use KeyFileAssoc program from LiberKey pack.
