Hi,
I just updated to 5.0 and lost my menu, and now cannot access my apps. I hadn't updated since Mar or april, so not sure about previous version... maybe 4.6. Had a lot of info on it, especially in a PIM. Do not have a backup so can't restore.
Looked at previous posts, but even though some solved it, I still don't understand how to fix. Please help.

Your datas aren't lost.
You don't see the shortcut in the menu but they are accessible directly from applications forlder (\Apps\)

I had similar issue

Try
1. Liberkey Tools -> Manage Portable tools
2. Add Applications -> Detect New applications

I was able to recover applications installed by Liberkey but not the custom application (MyApps)
