I'm running LiberKey v5.7.17 on Win XP Pro. I get the popup saying "A patch is available for your Liberkey etc etc" but when I click Yes, nothing happens.

I looked in the Liberkey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\log folder. In the entry 2012-06-12.log file I see a series of messages of the form
08:44:41 | 1504 | Error | Error Downloader_HttpError 403: Forbidden

I searched on this string "Error Downloader_HttpError 403: Forbidden" on this forum but didn't find any useful hits except something pertaining to a thunderbird installation for which the solution was to go to another machine and update.

I am behind a corporate firewall and have provided the proxy information

There is McAfee running on my workstation but I don't have the option to turn it off tho I can temporarily disable on-access scan.

Any thoughts?

OK- I fixed it for now by manually downloading the patch lbk_20120530112654_MultiLng.exe and applying it.

Before I mark as solved I'd be curious to know if anyone has some ideas how to fix the error tho.

Liberkey is not compatible with ISA proxy
