When I updated the chromium today (Feb 26) with the version 5.0.338.0 build 40061, I'd got an alert from norton that an adware has been found. Details are as follows:

treat: Adware.CWSIEFeats

file: "...\liberkey\apps\chromium\data\profile\default\cache\f_000276"

is there anything wrong with this?

There is no link with the update, the file you mention is in your cache profile.

Clean your cache, you certainly got a bad file (which can be a false positive) during your browsing.
