Thunderbird userChrome.css

Hi.
I need to create a file called userChrome.css to edit some preferences, and place it under profile directory. The problem is that portable version doesn't seem to have a real profile directory... What can I do? Can i run profilemanager and create one?

If I remember well, Thunderbird profile is located in Liberkey\Apps\Thunderbird\Data\profile
