I have received the following error while attempting LibreKey application updates.

An error occured during the download. Try again? <Retry> / <Cancel> with the retry not completing the request.

I am using LibreKey v5.7.0620 and the update is not blocked or firewalled.

Any assistance with this error would be greatly appreciated.

We had a problem with one of our mirror this week end, this could be the reason.
Please try again. If the problem remains for you, do you have this message for Firefox or Thunderbird or for another application ? For Firefox or Thunderbird, please try the offline update indeed and let us know. You may need to use vagabond workaround (in french) for download issue.

I was able to rectify this issue by re-associating the application with the iberkey application. I did have some file errors on the usb stick which were rectified but I am not certain if this was the cause of the original issue.

I thought I had this resolved but apparently not. Anyway I am able to install application updates via the Right-click->Open with LibreKey option

I am not aware of how I can paste a picture of the dialog box but the wording from the dialogue box is as described previously.

You maybe have an issue with the configuration file of KFA, please check (one of) its (recent) backup stored at this location LiberKeyTools\KeyFileAssoc\bak
