Hey Guys, Hey all there,

is it possible to create an own portable app like e.g. like "firefox portable"?

I would like to make "iTunes" portable with an program like portable app creator but only for liber-key, if it excist.

Yes, this is possible, you have to follow this tutorial and read the Liberkey Portabilizer Format.

Edit: Just take care about the software license you want to make portable in order to check if you are allowed to alter their packaging and deliver it outside the official website (even if binaries are not altered, some license as Java, VirtualBox, iTunes, etc does not accept to package or download the binaries outside the official website)

But, there is absolutely NO WAY Apple will allow anybody to alter their software in anyway, so making ITunes portable should no be encouraged, or undertaken.

You're right ! (I did not realize it was for iTunes...)
Even if this is probably technically possible, we cannot legally purpose an iTune portable, even in the forum.

i asked this over 6 months ago and was told that you cant make your own portable apps
