PDM Rootshell.

Iam currently installing a app suite onto my USB flash drive. However, Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 keeps detecting "Behavior similar to PDM Rootshell. It then allows the installation to continue. Should I be concerned? Can somebody explain why I am getting these warnings?
