There is a "LbkMenuUpdt.exe" file and "LiberKeyToolsMenu.xml"

What does that mean?

Edit: Ah no, I obviously made a silly mistake (wrong association deleted): it works without rebooting, just delete "-open", like you say...sorry for my incapability, thank you very much for testing twice...sorry again.
