Posté: 27 Mai 2014, 15:57Delete the mentioned file (or at least the corresponding section in the config file) and start FreeFileSync again. There were a format compatibility issue between a very old release of FreeFileSync and the current one

That doesn't help, unfortunately. FFS still cannot be opened. And I would have to delete all of these batch files and all of the FFS gui files, they all do not work anymore.
When I try to start FFS, this message appears: http://i.imgur.com/tui8x13.png
After deleting the mentioned file (GlabalSettings.xml) in that message, the same message appears again.
