Where could I find LiberKey command line list?

Is there a command to toggle visibility, only to show or only to hide LiberKey Menu?

I would like to use some kind of LiberKey start menu and in Windows XP I will try do that with a shortcut in Quick Launch...

This is only possible by modifying config files at the moment.
