hello liberkey team,

currently i am running version 5.0.1217 from my usb-stick.
unfortunately the "main program" liberkey itself has changed to french!
if i go to "outils liberkey" and want to change the language of liberkey
it shows just "sélection de la langue de l#interface utilisateur"
but nothing to change or click or do otherwise...
i guess there is a simple way to re-activate english
but i didn't find a solution

thank you for your kind support
timmy

Hello timtigger and welcome on forums.

Could you verify if you have in Liberkey\LiberkeyTools\LiberkeyMenu\Data\user_prefs.xml
a line like this :

Code: Tout sélectionner
      <Language file="Languages\LiberKeyMenu_fr.xml">fr</Language>

If you have these line, try to change it with these code :

Code: Tout sélectionner
      <Language file="Languages\LiberKeyMenu_en.xml">en</Language>

If before the problem your liberkey was working normally, you can also have an user_prefs.xml.bak . You can rename your actual user_prefs.xml, and after replace it by renaming user_prefs.xml.bak to user_prefs.xml .

In addition to JP4U answer, please also check files in folder LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\Languages

You should have xml files including LiberKeyMenu_en.xml file and inside this folder, you should have Icons folder with gb.png file inside.

If not, please redownload Liberkey, install it ito another folder (but don't start it) and recopy Languages folder into your own Liberkey.
