You can do it easily.
Copy your portable programs in the MyApp folder (Liberkey\MyApps).
Drag and drop the executable of your apps in one tab in the main interface to create shortcuts automatically.
The most convenient is to use the tab MyApps of the main interface of your Liberkey. you can also create new menu as shown in these capture, by a click on the arrow then Create new menu.
