[solved]Firefox failed to install plugin (unable to restart)

My Firefox failed to install plugin because I can never restart it even if I close and re-open it, it says it needs restart to install the plugin.

Chrome does not have this problem because it doesn't need to restart to install plugin.

problem solved by rebooting
