Bonjour à tous,

Je n'arrive pas a installer ces versions de Firefox et Thunderbird.

Exemple avec Thunderbird :
LiberKey Creator v 1.3.204
Taille du Download : 119Ko
Je clique sur Installer
Dans LiberKey Creator v 1.3.204 il ne se passe rien : pas de barre de progression sur thunderbird, etc, etc

J'ai une notification m'informant que les installs sont terminées mais pas de retour dans le browser.

ET j'ai une fenêtre Liberkey Inst v1.2.136 qui me propose d'installer le programme Thunderbird sur ma liberkey.
je clique sur installer => fenêtre extractiondes fichiers...
Ce package nécessite... taille 35,5Mo...
Je clique Oui
il se passe un certain temps pour ne pas dire un temps certain et je retrouve la fenêtre Liberkey Inst v1.2.136 qui me qui me propose d'installer... Bref je boucle

Je clique sur Annuler, la fenêtre disparait. Je reçois une notification comme tout était normal. Mais évidemment il ne s'est rien passé.

J'ai activé les logs que je tiens à dispo pour quand j'aurai trouvé/compris comment attacher des document au post.

Merci de votre aide éclairée et éclairante pour moi.
A part ça, cela fait 10 ans que j'utilise la Liberkey et j'en suis fort heureux.

Si vous ne l'avez pas déjà tenté, essayez d'effectuer ces mises à jour en désactivant momentanément l'antivirus et/ou le pare-feu.

Merci Andromede de vous intéresser à mon cas. Malheureusement même après avoir désactiver AVAST et le pare-feu windows c'est toujours la même chose.

Les problèmes informatiques sont faits pour être contournés si non résolus

En examinant les logs j'ai vu 2 choses : lbkdata et l'url de téléchargement de Tb 52.6 et Fx 58.x. J'ai cliqué dessus => j'ai downloadé fx et tb et j'ai lancé la mise à jour avec la liberkey.
Comme ça boucle j'ai eu le temps de déposer les fichiers téléchargés dans lbkdata. J'ai fait la mise à jour de tb d'abord puis celle de fx ensuite (plus récalcitrante...). L'installeur LBK n'y a vu que du feu.

Finalement, j'ai bien l'impression que le module de mise à jour a pris un petit coup : il est [très] long à démarrer et se bloque parfois. Je vais essayer d'en récupérer un d'une autre install de Liberkey : ce ne sont pas les Pcs qui manquent à la maison ni les installs Liberkey.
