Autorun.inf got deleted?

Postby Beev » 29 December 2010, 18:16

Hey folks.

First of all, I think that Liberkey is an absolute god send. I have been sing it for over a year now. In the ASuite version, I was able to create an autorun.inf file so that LiberKey was able to launched pretty much automatically.

My old 2GB PenDrive that I used to use has started to have problems. Its over 6 years old, owes me little, so I bought a new one. I made a folder called on my temp on my desktop and copied the entire contents of the drive to that folder. For some reason the autorun.inf file did not copy over, and when I have copied the contents back to my new Pendrive, the autorun.inf does not exist. Its not on the old 2GB Pendrive either. So how do I create a new autorun.inf file from the new liberkey menu?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Yours,
Neil

Hi, for security reasons, many antivirus delete the autorun.inf
you can create another (if you are not afraid)

Code: Select all
[autorun]
OPEN=LiberKey\LiberKey.exe
ICON=LiberKey\LiberKey.exe, 0
shell\Menu1=Launch LiberKey
shell\Menu1\command=LiberKey\LiberKey.exe
ACTION = LiberKey
