Adobe Flash Player plugin upgrade for Firefox

Postby Naismith » 08 November 2009, 19:54

Hello,

maybe this question has been asked before, but my French is not good enough for browsing through the whole forum.

How do I get the portable Firefox to upgrade or install plugins like the Adobe Flash Player on
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/?
The upgrade works well with the "normal" non-portable Firefox installation, but if I try the same with the portable version, nothing happens. The same is probably true for all the other plugins that are listed on
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/plugincheck/.

Do you have any suggestions or links? Answers in French are welcome as well!

Thank you!

Miles

Thank you, but do you have another link? No matter which browser I use with all blockers off, I do not get through. It always says that I cannot access the file because of an ad blocker.

Hi Naismith
You can also download install_flash_player.exe here, extract him with Universal extractor and put NPSWF32.dll in the folder mentioned by Laurentxp.

You can also copy all the plugins of Firefox local C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\plugins
into \LiberKey\AppsFirefox\Data\plugins
