Hello kissson.

What is your OS ? Windows XP ?

With the branch 3.5.x, it seems that something has changed in the way that LibreOffice or one of its components search for runtime dependencies.

The prepositioning of runtime libraries in LibreOffice (3.5.x) folder doesn't work anymore in XP. It starts but it fails to load with the message that you have linked with your message.

You can try to install runtime dependencies in your computer or use the last version of the branch 3.4.x : LibreOffice_3.4.5.lks
