Hi,
I am having the same problem.
OS: Windows 7 enterprise 64 bit
Error message: "An error occurred while trying to recover information about LiberKey updates. Do you have access to internet on this computer?"
After enabling logs all I get is:
- Code: Tout sélectionner
15:13:01 | 3A8C | Loading language file : D:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\Installer\LKInst_en.xml
15:13:01 | 3A8C | Loaded text file as ANSI (auto) : D:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\Installer\LKInst_en.xml
15:13:01 | 3A8C | Current language: en
15:13:01 | 3A8C | Package introuvable ! []
I've tried with some other suggestions I found on this forum, but nothing helped.
But, I did notice something interesting.
When I go to LiberKeyMenu->LiberKey Tools -> Manage applications -> Browse the application catalog
The LiberKey web page opens and shows me which apps are for update. So I tried it through this menu.
Chrome was updated without problems, but Free Download Manager showed me the same message as earlier.
Furthermore, log file had some new entries after chrome installation, but nothing was in it when I would try to update Free Download Manager.
After that I also successfully updated Notepad++.
So, I think that for me, it was Free Download Manager that was causing issues, but maybe some other app is responsible for others.
Thanks,
Vladimir
