I downloaded the new application that came out today and tried to install it. it said that the application had failed to install. Another screen was then shown it had 3 tabs at the bottom and was different to the usual install window. When i then tried to install it said that it was already installed. I reinstalled using this new menu and it ended up corrupting my liberkey it produced multiple catagories for each of the ones i had. If i restart the liberkey the loading screen shows but the menu does not nor does right clicking produce a response. In the Processes window LKRun.exe just goes up in memory usage.

so i now have to reinstall everything again? or can i just install new copy of Asuite?

You can find in Apps\Asuite a subdirectory sos.

Inside, there is a rescue asuite.xml.

- Exit LiberKey
- Rename your Asuite\asuite.xml to asuite_old.xml
- Copy Asuite\sos\asuite.xml to Asuite\asuite.xml
- Launch LiberKey

Does-it work ?

Nota : if you move a categorie between audio and video or move separators etc... the LiberKey update process is lost. So don't remove, move, rename anything. Add only application to MyApps. All that is solved in our new launcher which will replace asuite (LiberKey 5.0)

yes changing the asuite.xml did fix it i will probably just avoid adding anything to it and wait untill the new version cames out. Did not know that you can't make or delete new catagories Thanks for your help
