Difficulty finding new applications

Messagede badon » 29 Avril 2015, 22:22

If I want to see a list of new applications, I have to click around something like 100 times to see everything because the only way to view them is one category at a time, usually with only one new item in each category. That counts as the classic flaw of premature optimization in the software industry. Give me a plain list, sorted with the newest stuff at the top.

Why do you want to know the chronology of software integration ? We integrate them, that would be enough ;)

Some years ago, we had updates (additions and removals) history but it is no more maintained...

For a day to day check, you can follow our RSS feed from the homepage, new applications comes with a "+" red icon on the righ side.

Don't put words in my mouth. I did not say that I wanted to know the "chronology of software integration". I said I wanted to see a simple list. I don't care what categories the new stuff is in, and I don't want to check for new software every day. I just want to see what is now, and that's all. I do not want to spend 10 minutes checking each category. Simple list. 10 seconds to read. Simple. Fast.

Sorry if I misunderstood your request.

Follow this way:
Liberkey Tools -> Manage Applications -> Add/Remove programs

Then, the list of installed applications (including "MyApps" ones) will be displayed. Simple list. 10 seconds to read. Simple. Fast.

I already know what I have installed. I want to see a chronological list of new software because, by definition, it is new and I haven't installed it yet.

Ok right, the "flat view of not installed (or new) applications sorted by chronological order" wasn't be done yet ;)

I will be eager to see a simple list when that feature is added. Thanks!
