Windows 7 64bit with all updates up to date

Please try to reinstall Paint.Net, I cannot reproduce the issue on my side (win 7 with only .Net 4.5.2 installed).

that was the first thing I tried - I completely deleted the Liberkey directory and reinstalled Liberkey from scratch then added Paint.NET via the Liberkey Installer. The issue persists.

The normal instaladion of Paint.net works ok.
LiberKey Portable does not work

We reproduced the issue. We will have a fix soon.

Its working fine on Windows 8.1 64bit - But I run LiberKey as "Run as Administrator".

You can try "Run as administrator", May work.

May be .Net is not properly installed or updated, so doesn't give a positive response to query.

Issue has been found in the portabilizer, a fix is on beta stage, it will be available very soon
