I have very recently installed LiberKey to my pc. Now I have 2 problems

Today when opening it for the first time I received a message that there was an update available to update the applications in A suite, did I want to download the updates?

I answered yes

The updates were downloaded and the installation of the updates to many , many applications began

Then up came a popup.....the first application could not be installed please check etc etc

I click install.. it doesn't install.. I had to cancel

Then the second popup comes... the second application couldn't install..please check etc

then the fourth... then the fifth...on and on and on and on..

No applications could be updated from the update that was downloaded

Is this a common problem? How do I fix it please?

2nd problem

I check for updates for LberKey itself....Yes there is an update..do you wish to download and install this?

Answer: Yes

Download finished...Do you wish to install? I click install the update

The update starts unpacking ... then there is an Error popup

"There was an error during decompression"

I click ok the popup disappears.....followed by "There is an update for your LiberKey

again...and again... and again...over and over and over

How does a very frustrated first time user of your product even get to use the damn thing if everytime I open it up I am confronted with update after update for the applications inside and updates for LiberKey that will not install?

We need some other informations:
-what is your OS ? (with service pack)
-what is your OS language ?
-and finally what is the name of your antivirus* ?


Can you try to disable it for update LiberKey or just one application ?

My OS is Windows Vista Home Premium SP2

and My OS language I do not know unless you mean English

I have several Antivirus but only one running and that is Microsoft Security Essentials

And of course I can disable it to install something, but if it was stopping the install it would normally alert me

However I have just uninstalled LiberKey bcause it wasn't working

I will reinstall it and hopefully it will work better

"normally yes", but not all the time. The last example with NOD32 which seem to be responsible of loops in applications update without notifications.
