Hi all...

when i install the Liberkey (each version's, and on PenDrive and PC) i receive an error message when i try to open the LiberKey.

The error is: "Configuration File is corrupted" (i receive it twice).

then, the list of the software is opened, but when i try to open one program (its occurred with all of them), i receive:

"Fichier de Configuration invalide !"

can anyone help me to solve the problem?

I have installed here English Windows Xp.

Did you check the MD5 hashes of your downloads ?

You can use HashCalc: download's link and hashes' values are in download's page compilation.

After i have installed the Ultimate or Basic version, and i will run the system for first time, i receive these errors...

i tried here at another pc, and i had the same problem.

Hello and welcome toLiberkey's forum.
It's possible that your download is corrupted.
What's the version of Liberkey you've tried to install ?

You can verify the file checksum with HashCalc (http://download.liberkey.com/en/pkg2_exe/HashCalc_2.0.2_rev2_EN.exe)

For the basic english Liberkey you have :
MD5 : 650143ca0938a3bb98ca0d03a89b19cf
SHA1 : 696efcff3e3f6eeeeb7bf39c9fd6c2b04d104121

Sorry, but I dont have the checksum for the other versions for the moment, but I can do them later.

at the subject of the Message box says: LKsplash.

I don't think it's a corrupted download (we had a long time ago some problems with corrupted download, all is solved now with new servers).

Your message is a portabilizer message. It means that it can't handle some operations.

Please, give us more details in order to identify the problem (operating system, version, service pack, langage of operating system, complete path of LiberKey installation etc...)

If you have an antivirus try to disable it before installing and running the Liberkey.

Try to launch directly lkrun.exe (directory Apps\Asuite)

I need information from my last answer to fix the problem.

1. I tried to run directly lkrun.exe, and i receive the same error.
2. i cannot disable the antivirus.

3. Info:

Operating system: Windows Xp Sp3,

language of operating system: English

Path of Liberkey: i have installation on PenDrive, and in another pc, with the same characteristics, i have installation on PC (Program FilesLiberkey).

any other information i can give you to help?
