Hello my friends!
Everytime i add a new app to the liberkey i get a dublicate shortcut (with all folders and subfolders) to the app!

if i install 20 apps ill get 20x shortcut/folder/subfolders!

please is there something im doing wrong (settings maybe?) or it is a bug??

If you have moved categories (or subcategories) between Audio and Video, the update process can be lost (solved in the new launcher for LiberKey 5.0).

In fact, it is important to modify nothing between the separator above Audio and the separator below Video.

Each time an update is performed, an asuite backup is created by the LiberKey updater.
The backup is present in the asuite folder (App\Asuite) and names are ASuite.xml.XXX.bak (ASuite.xml.010.bak is the most recent). So, backup all asuite backup files and try to replace your asuite.xml file by a backup (identify the date of your problem).
If you have tried more than 10 times to update your LiberKey with the problem, all backup will have the same problem.

In that case, you have only one choice :
Copy the file \App\Asuite\sos\asuite.xml on top of your \App\Asuite\asuite.xml. It is the worst solution only because, you will have to reinstall all updates (you won't lost your parameters) and all applications added (even if they are present physically in App).

Note : make a backup of your asuite directory before trying all above solution.

I have never ever encountered this type of problem.

Although I have even installed additionally my own applications inside "My Software" Category.

All organized very well and no problems at all.

I would suggest you to Clean Install - Make a backup Copy - then try updating and intalling apps.

Only few people have this kind of problem.

I have the same problem over here.
In my opinion you can just delete the duplicates and the problem should be solved

Still it remains an application error so liberkey should come with a fix update for this ...
