I am unable to install Open Office;

installing from the Net never finishes;

downloaded the offline installer and the extracting files window also never finishes

am I missing anything ?

Please verify you have enough free space under your system drive (more than 500Mo free) and same space free under your liberkey drive.
Open Office is the biggest app, so it is "normal" to be quite long to be installed
