I cannot seem to find an FAQ on this anywhere, when I try to add new apps to my key the MyApps selection is grayed out, even though I have apps in the there... Is there a place where I can check to make sure I am doing this right... Seems like it should be the easiest thing in the world, yet I can't seem to do it.

Ensure having modifications allowed to the menu tab you want to add application shortcut (right clic on top menu tab):


Then, just drag and drop the application exe into the tab.

Ok after trying several ways, this is my suggestion to whoever wants to add new apps to MyApps in v5 beta.

First of all, install all the apps from LiberKey site using v4.9.

Don't forget to enable the "file association" or you will not install properly.

In this way, v5 will read the "new list" of installed apps, but if you download and install from within v5, you will not be able to see them in v4.9.

Second, if you want to install your own apps into MyApps in v5, then launch v4.9 >> enable file association >> add your own app >> go to "LiberKey\LiberKeyTools" and delete the folder "LiberkeyMenu" (don't forget to make a backup of the folder) >> re-run the v5 patch >> confirm you want to reinstall >> now you are ready to go!!!

NOTE: you must be running Liberkey application (Launcher) before running the patch...

i downloaded almost 50 apps from the site, and used the drag and drop feature in v5 but i could not see them in v4.9.

then my menu' v5 got screwed up and when i reinstalled the v5 menu i could not see any of those 50 apps.

i can see them in the apps folder but i cannot get the v4.9 or v5 to read them.

so i learned the hard way.
