I was traveling and take my portable Librekey on an external drive. Used it nicely in another machine. When I returned home and I wanted to use my Librekey again, I find my LK menu of apps is gone. How I can restore it?

Try to replace the "default.xml" file (in folder Liberkey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\data\Menu) from one of the backup.
You will find a backup in the folder Liberkey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\data\Menu\bak (you need to rename the file).

thank you for your answer. yes I did what you say but the problem remain. The Most used and Recent used menu are white, nothing in there. The others have the icons but no the applications. All disappeared.

Have you something in these file (L : is the letter of your drive (usually C: by default)
L:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\data\user_prefs.xml
L:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\data\Menu\mostused.xml
L:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\data\Menu\recent.xml
L:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\data\Menu\default.xml

If one of these files are empty or corrupted, you can use bak directory to find backups of them to replace it and repair your Liberkey

Liberkey (and all apps closed), try to remove spaces from "Portable Apps" folder and relaunch Liberkey.

Try also to "Repair damaged applications" (or add "From Apps folder") :
