How to fix problems after update

Postby bdmeyer » 13 September 2010, 21:29

I read the instructions on the sticky about this, but I am guessing since it was posted 2 FEB, that maybe release 5 is different.

I do not have a folder named: \Apps\ASuite\ and don't appear to have any asuite.xml files including backups.

My symptoms are: A blank Liberkey window (No apps appear)
Sometimes the language on the Liberkey app bottom right hand menu looks to be French.
(English is indeed selected, and re-selecting will change it back to English.
The apps all exist and can be run manually.

Clicking on the My Documents Icon, and the 'Liberkey Help' icon do not work.
When I click on 'Masquer le menu' (It's French again) Instead of minimizing to the task bar, it appears to unload.

I am running Win 7 Ult 64 bit as a non-privileged user.

Thanks for the great work!

It was a fresh install. (Had just reinstalled OS) Will remove and reinstall and see what happens.

I uninstalled, rebooted for fun, and reinstalled. As before, it works perfect.
The problem came after a few uses.

I did have to programs give errors during install. Thunderbird and TreeDBNotes. Which best I can tell both do indeed work)

I'll update this if the previously described problem recurs.
