Open files automatically on start up with LiberKey?

Can I let LiberKey open files (e.g. docx, odt) when it starts outside of LiberKey automatically? E.g. a docx-file stored in a folder "My files" shall be opened each time LiberKey starts (on start up with PC).

Put the shorcut of a file in the LiberKey menu, right clic, shorcut properties, Advanced, Autorun: Always on startup

Thank you Laurentxp,

I am sorry, I do not quite understand: which shortcut and where have I to click in the LiberKey menu?

Thanks again, nice greetings, Dirk

Drag and drop a file (E.g. a docx-file stored in a folder "My files") in the LiberKey menu,
right clic on the shorcut, shorcut properties, Advanced, Autorun: Always on startup

Ah okay, thank you Laurentxp,

Now I created a new category in "LiberKey Tools" and dragged and dropped the file over the new category and set "Always on startup".

The docx-file opens now (double clicking the file name in the new category in LiberKey) with Wordpad, instead of "Open Office", which is associated in "Key Fies Assoc" with Open Office. The docx-files open by double clicking them in a file manager / Explorer automatically with Open Office.

What can I do to let it open on start up with Open Office instead of WordPad?

Nice greetings, Dirk

You can not add parameters to the LiberKey software yet but you can make a batch (in Mydocuments) with
Code: Select all
..\Apps\OpenOffice\OpenOfficeWriterLKL.exe  ..\..\..\..\..\MyDocuments\Document.odt
and make a shorcut in the menu with autorun :S

Sorry, you can add parameters on the shorcut properties, Advanced
Parameters : ..\..\..\..\..\MyDocuments\Document.odt
Autorun: Always on startup
It's more simple

Many thanks Laurentxp,

I cannot get it to work until now.

The document, which shall be opened is here: I:\Eigene Dateien\Document.odt

LiberKey is here: I:\LiberKey

And I have to mark the document in the LiberKey menu, press F5, then in tab "General" in "Parameters (Optional)" add: ..\..\..\..\..\..\Eigene Dateien\Document.odt

It then opens with WordPad when I double click it, instead of OpenOffice.

Thanks again, nice greetings, Dirk

You must put the parameters to Writer (OOo)
