Chromium 33.0.1715.0 Build 236257 doesn't start on winXP 32
the last release of Chromium (33.0.1715.0 Build 236257) doesn't start on windows XP. It seems that it requires the function cancelIoEx from the kernel32.dll, but this function is available for Vista and newer, but not for XP.
