Updating applications (no games) through an proxy server

all Application can be updated via the Update button in the Menu and/or Offline setup

Only Firefox and Thunderbird don't work

Offline Setup message:

This package need to download original setup files from LiberKey servers

after pressing yes this error occurs (the same when trying update through menu)

An error occured while downloading installation files
Error 307 : Moved Temporarily

Where is located your temp folder ?
What is your antivirus ? Maybe it hangs download and blocks Liberkey Installer

but why only this both apps?

I read again your first message and just realise you are using a proxy.
Liberkey installer is not compatible through ISA (Microsoft) proxy. Could be the reason.

No MS proxy

and all Apps are working, only Thunderbird and Firefox "producing" this error

as I see this a possible problem:
all apps offline files contains all files needed
offline file download - install - OK

Firefox e.g. only round 50kB and wants to download the rest 25MB
trying to download that file is not possible -> Error 307

What it the content of log file : Liberkey\LiberKeyTools\Installer\log\<current_date>.log

from the last try and this location <LW>:\LiberKey\LiberKeyTools\LiberKeyMenu\log\

You don't provide the right logs, check it again into Liberkey\LiberKeyTools\Installer\log
If you don't have logs into this subfolder, please activate them into file Liberkey\LiberKeyTools\Installer\LKInst.xml
