Have-you also a file name KeyFileAssoc in Liberkey\Apps ?
In it, you must have KeyFileAssoc.exe ; KeyFileAssoc.xml ; KeyFileAssoc_lng.xml ; AppsBlackList.xml and AppsBlackList_user.xml .
